Through case-based presentations, this session will canvass didactic scenarios involving misses and near misses involving the interventional radiology team. Periprocedural review of contributing pitfalls will be shared with analysis of requisite safety clinical and nonclinical pearls.

Demonstrate objective review of de-identified case-based complications, adverse events, and controversial clinical conundrums.
Identify important learning opportunities and key decision-making points defining didactic vascular and non-vascular clinical challenges and complications.
Recall the key safety features and practical nuances of requisite IR tools and devices.
