Case-based workshop to discuss and demonstrate the role for IR interventions in more complex conditions / clinical scenarios in patients being worked up for liver transplant or who have already had a liver transplant. The purpose would be to go beyond thinking about standard pre/post hepatic transplant conditions but to think about and to discuss more advanced / higher level examples about how the splenic vascular supply can affect the hepatic vascular supply in these patients with review of both technical and clinical considerations from experienced faculty.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participant will be able to demonstrate technical skills necessary for complex hepatic artery stenting in post - transplant patients.
Upon completion, participant will be able to demonstrate use of portal vein recanalization for converting non operative candidates into transplant candidates by establishing portal vein patency.
Upon completion, participant will be able to demonstrate treatment of several common post transplant vascular issues such as portal vein stenosis and NonOcclusive Hepatic Artery Hypoperfusion Syndrome
