Establishing a robust quality and safety program in IR is vital to a successful IR division no matter how large or small the division/department. In this session, the speakers will discuss the essential components to a robust program which including establishing quality metrics, safety reporting system, importance of M&M conference and introduction to MACRA/MIPS and why knowing these terms are important.
