IberoAmerica has been developing multiple strategies to be at the vanguard of the specialty. The session will be focus on interesting cases and solving problems when the possibilities can be limited and challenging. The panel is hosted by recognized experts from LatinAmerica and Europe who will present pathologies ranging from PAE to PE thrombectomy.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completition participants will be able to describe strategies for challenging PAE using different technical alternatives.
Identify new algorythms and guidelines on PE thrombectomy used in Europe. Familiaruize with technical alternatives and approaches. Demonstrate advantages and disadvantages to initiate systemic lysis.
Distinguish different programs in Iberoamerica to manage venous disease including central recanalization and hemodialysis fistulas.
