The workshop emphasizes the need and necessary processes for strengthening the future of Women in IR with topics of effective networking, gaining influence in the workplace, and the strength of female leadership . We want to encourage and support more women training in and working in IR and hoped that we expose both facts and myths so that others recognize how rewarding and important our role is in a traditionally male dominated field.
