Description of the session: This session will itemize the "hot topic" of artificial intelligence (AI) to interventional radiology and offer a podium for a moderated discuss on how AI applications for image guidance, big data analysis and clinical decision support may change IR practice and research. This interactive session will also provide practical recommendations and overview of the research infrastructure needed to conduct AI research and make the panelists available to a the general SIR membership for an exchange.

Practical recommendations and overview of the research infrastructure needed to conduct AI research will be provided to participants
The town hall will discuss the research priorities determined by the SIR foundation research consensus panel related to artificial intelligence
