To utilize case based discussion and education involving multidisciplinary management of the complex CLI/CLTI cases that IR's will encounter in the PADL/Limb Salvage space. By having experienced vascular interventionalists, a collaborative vascular surgeon, a well known and highly regarded RVT that has a new ultrasound technique for CLI patients, and podiatrist that deals with these patients, we hope to show what is emerging and possible, but not well undersood. This includes showcasing distal DvA, hybrid surgical DvA necessity, PAT US monitoring of perfusion, and newer podiatric approaches.
