This session will provide the basic technical details of percutaneous endoscopy and cholangioscopy for early and mid-career interventional radiologists. Clinical indications, contraindications, and procedural tips of percutaneous cholangioscopy for biliary interventions including gallbladder and intrahepatic stones lithotripsy and retrieval, biliary mass biopsy, and laser incision of biliary strictures will be discussed. The applications of percutaneous endoscopy in pediatric patients and the non-biliary indications in the genitourinary system will be discussed.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the technical details of percutaneous cholangioscopy for biliary interventions.
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the indications of laser treatments in the biliary system including gallbladder and biliary stones, and biliary strictures.
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the non-biliary applications of the percutaneous endoscopy.
