Session will involve complex cases from portal vein specialists that are not routinely performed. An unusual technique, complication, clinical scenoario that was not expected. Presentation times will be 6-7 min for each case and 3-4 min will left for panel discussion and comments.

Learning Objectives:

Understand portal hemodynamics and how to manage patient's clinical problems with potential interventions
Become familiar with access options, techniquesand devices that would allow an operator to manage portal, mesenteric occlusions
Understand indications for portal recanalizatio with or without TIPS creation.
