To review and discuss difficult revascularization situations in PAD that would often require a second opinion or phoning a friend. We hope to discuss unique but not terribly uncommon cases from the aorto-iliac segment, down to the below the ankle reconstructions. The step by step decision process, off the cuff techniques used and other intricacies such as bailouts for each case can help the attendee problem solve in their own practices.
