This session will discuss imaging and technique of radiological interventions in the management of complex biliary obstruction due to varying etiologies. It includes management of 1. complex hilar strictures (Malignant), 2. bilio-enteric anastomotic strictures and hepatolithiasis, 3. cholangitic abscess and occluded biliary stents in malignant strictures, 4.post liver transplant biliary strictures and 5. paediatric biliary interventions.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participant will be able to understand various complex situation and issues in benign and malignant biliary strictures
Upon completion, participant will be able to plan interventions in complicated situations like cholangitic abscess and occluded metallic biliary stents
Upon completion, participant will be able to plan biliary interventions in pediatric patients and liver transplant recipients
