This session will consist of cased-based presentations designed to leave audience members with accurate, current and practical information that can be retained and incorporated into existing practices in lung interventional oncology, breast cancer interventional oncology and complication management. Topics specifically "inside the chest." 1-Cryoablation: How to Effectively Ablate Lung Tumors; 2-Microwave Ablation: How to Effectively Ablate Lung Tumors; 3-Pneumothorax Management: Addressing Slow and Fast Air Leaks; 4-Hemorrhage and Hemorrhagic Complications: Managing Bleeding Complications in the Chest . Topics "outside the chest" introduce the audience to the exciting new procedure of image guided breast cancer cryoablation. Topics will include: 1-Patient selection and how to perform breast cancer cryoablation; 2-Current trial updates and practice development strategies; 3-Breast cancer cryoablation combined with immunotherapy; 4-Common imaging findings post ablation "the new normal".

Learning Objectives:

1. Upon completion, participants will be able to incorporate best and current practices in the performance of image-guided microwave and cryoablation to safely and effectively ablate lung and breast tumors.
2. Upon completion, participants will be able to understand the rationale and practice in the management of pneumothorax. In addition participants will also be able to discuss current rationale behind the utilization of immunotherapy combined with cryoablation for breast cancer.
3. Upon completion, participants will be able to understand the rationale and practice in the management of pulmonary hemorrhage and hemorrhagic complications in the chest. Participants with also be able to identify and describe common imaging findings associated with breast cancer cryoablation.
