The SIR 2023 registration process makes it easy for you to plan your stay in Phoenix by allowing you to book your hotel when registering for the meeting. You must book your hotel through our official registration website.
Throughout the booking process, SIR monitors the hotel rates in Phoenix. You can rest assured that we are working hard to get the best rates for you!
SIR has a team of professionals who monitors our hotel block while onsite at the meeting and make sure your stay in Phoenix is the best it can be.
Just like airlines, hotels sometimes oversell the number of rooms they have available on a given night. As a SIR participant booked within the official block, you are protected if this situation arises.
International group coordinators may submit a request for housing packages. Discounted registration rates are also available. Please contact Maritz Customer Service at 864-208-3364 or by email at SIR@maritz.com. Please note: Maritz manages the SIR housing bureau and is our only approved partner for hotel reservations.
The hotel cancellation deadline is February 8, 2023 at 5 p.m. ET. If you made your reservation through SIR, you may cancel it without charge through February 8, 2023, by emailing Maritz at SIR@maritz.com.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. If you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy or you are a no-show, the hotel will either retain the deposit or charge your credit card one night's room and tax.
Starting February 15, 2023 contact the hotel(s) directly to make any changes to your hotel reservation. You must cancel your hotel reservation no later than 72 hours before you arrive to avoid a night charge on your credit card.
