I am Justin Weigand ,MD, an Assistant Professor in Pediatric Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital. I am a cardiac imager, whose practice includes cardiac MRI where my research interests parallel my clinical roles as Co-Director of Texas Children's Fontan program and attending within Cardiovascular Genetics, where I specialize in aortopathy. I have a particular interest in MRI characterization of aortic morphology and function in single ventricle patients with aortic reconstruction as well as in genetically-mediated aortopathy diseases.
