Innovations in wound care improve our practices and our outcomes. With new technology comes new coding and compliance considerations. In this session, the speakers will review the coding, compliance, and documentation considerations associated with some of the newest innovations in wound care, and allow plenty of time for audience Q&A. Fluorescence imaging of wound bacteria, spatial frequency domain imaging, non-contact near-infrared spectroscopy, and measurement of tissue oxygen saturation are some of the services that will be discussed.
