Kim Nesbitt is a Public Health Analyst with the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) at Health Resources Service Administration (HRSA). In this role, she oversees the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program Psychostimulant Support program as the Program Coordinator/project Officer. Prior to joining HRSA Kim was instrumental in the development of many behavioral health programs and management of the State Targeted and Opioid Response grants at Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration.
