Tammy Barrett-Wolcott founded and built the Carroll County Drug Prevention Coalition 5 years ago as part of a federal IIR-COSSAP grant and spends much of her time assisting in the school system, providing not only MRT, but also general student programming and support around prevention. She is certified in MRT as well as to train others to provide it.
