OneFifteen
Marti Taylor is the President and CEO of OneFifteen, and the Executive Director for Behavioral Health Innovation at Verily. She is responsible for leading a cross-disciplinary
team of clinicians, engineers, operators, business development and quality improvement subject matter experts focused on radically modernizing addiction treatment. OneFifteen operates a state-of-the-art five acre campus in Dayton, Ohio that provides the full spectrum
of substance use disorder treatment. Motivated to find lasting solutions for Ohioans living with substance use disorder at the height of the opioid epidemic, Marti founded OneFifteen in partnership with Verily, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, and Dayton based hospital
systems, Kettering Health Network and Premier Health.
Before founding OneFifteen, Marti’s career centered on leading premier academic medical centers advancing clinical care through research, teaching, and quality improvement. Until 2019, Marti served as Chief Executive Officer of University Hospital and the Ross Heart
Hospital at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Marti served as President of the Saint Joseph's Cardiovascular Program and Research Institute in Atlanta. And, prior to that Marti worked for 25 years at Duke, where began as a staff nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Duke University Hospital and grew in scope to eventually supervise all aspects of the Health Systems Heart Center at three hospitals and multiple affiliate hospitals.
Marti holds a BSN from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and an MSN from Duke University. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Capital University and the Dayton Development Coalition Board. Marti lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Rodney, and their two sons, Zachary and Andrew.
