Brittany Curtis, MBA, is a Health Communication Specialist in the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control’s Division of Overdose Prevention (DOP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In this role, Ms. Curtis provides communication support and technical assistance for DOP’s public health and public safety work, funded programs, and campaign activities. Prior to joining DOP, she spent 10 years working in CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Office of the Associate Director for Communication, and Management and Information Systems Office. Ms. Curtis has an MBA from Georgia Southern University, a B.A. in English from the University of Florida, and a graduate certificate in Social Marketing for Public Health from the University of South Florida.
