Beth Davisson is Senior Vice President of the Kentucky Chamber Foundation. Davisson joined the staff of the Kentucky Chamber in January 2017 as Executive Director of the Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center. Davisson led the launch of the Workforce Center and has been overseeing the program since its inception with a focus on expanding employer-led efforts to improve the quality of state workforce programs and the results they produce.

Davisson is a proven workforce strategist and consensus builder, with 10+ years advocating for workforce needs at the state and federal levels. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky and Master of Business Administration from Sullivan University. Beth was honored as a “Top 40 under 40” and named a “Top 20 People to Know in Human Resources” by Louisville Business First.
