Colby Myers is a current Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) student in Clinical Psychology at William James College and is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Myers works as a Prevention Coordinator with High Point Treatment Center's Prevention Services Department. He has worked in the prevention field since 2018 starting as a youth leader and high school intern. Myers established a youth coalition at his high school in partnership with peer leaders who engaged in a Photovoice project alongside Myers. From 2019-2022 Myers worked with Prevention Services as a youth intern and then transitioned into his role as the Youth Group Developer for Prevention Services working with regional youth to coordinate prevention projects. Myers has since been a Prevention Coordinator for High Point since June of 2022 working on youth prevention projects throughout Southeastern MA. Along the way, Myers has also gained his Community Health Worker and Emergency Medical Technician Certifications.
