Taylor Peyton currently serves as the State Opioid Response Coordinator for Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Prior to her work with Georgia she served as the Alcohol and Other Drug Program Coordinator for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked in the field of substance use for over 6 years in clinical, research, and management settings. She has also done considerable work for multiple substance use related non profits in Detroit, Michigan. She holds a masters of public health in health policy and management from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill as well as a bachelors degree in both economics and political science from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
