Vicky Butler, a person in recovery, first started working with Plymouth County Outreach in 2017 as a volunteer recovery coach and has held many positions with PCO since. In her current role as Executive Director, Vicky works closely with the PCO Chiefs Advisory Board and medical partners overseeing the Program in its entirety as well as implementation of new program components. Vicky is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and recovery coach supervisor through the state of Massachusetts and holds certifications to teach multiple curriculums including the recovery coach academy, the Massachusetts DEC curriculum and SAMHSA’s How Being Trauma Informed Improves Criminal Justice System Responses.
