Case Manager Coordinator Crisis Support Services of Nevada
In 2020, the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public and Behavioral Health launched the Nevada Health Connection, powered by OpenBeds, to improve patient access to treatment for substance use disorder (SUD), and behavioral health. Over the last three years, the network has grown to include over 60 provider and treatment organizations and has facilitated nearly 6,000 referrals to behavioral health treatment services for Nevadans in need. Join us as Miranda Branson, Nevada OpenBeds Coordinator, discusses their network's success and how they continue to strengthen the network by effectively communicating with key stakeholders, building relationships with providers and staff, continually identifying different community needs, and more.
