In Kentucky, treatment providers and the business community are working together to help more people transition from crisis to career and reach long-term recovery from substance use disorders. In this session, representatives of the Kentucky Chamber Foundation and Addiction Recovery Care (ARC), a leading provider of treatment and recovery services in the state, will explain how they have pioneered many innovative programs and initiatives encouraging fair chance employment. These efforts are not only helping people find hope and healing after addiction; they’re also helping to grow Kentucky’s workforce at a time when it’s needed most.
