This lecture is full of tips and tricks for keeping track of the natural chaos that lives in art and craft studios, and ways to work creatively and constructively with the neuro-divergent thinking that often accompanies artistic practice. Sewing and craft studios are, by definition, maximalist spaces! Minimalism can be an unrealistic aim in a space that needs to hold so many creative products and tools. Instead of the tired advice to throw it all away, how about we make your mess work FOR you?
