Required Supplies: Violet Craft Atomic Starburst Quilt or Tree Skirt pattern and pre-copied templates Fabric requirements are on the back of each pattern. Violet reccomends the following for students: Rotary cutter Personal cutting mat Quilting ruler - I prefer an Add-A-Quarter PLUS ruler Thread - I prefer Wonderfil Decobob 80wt
Optional Supplies: Violet Craft Seam Roller

Prep Requirements: Pre-cut a few 1" strips for star arms and a few 2.5" strips of background fabric. I do not starch any of my fabric. Bring templates copied onto the paper of your choice. I prefer 20# copy paper.
Let's make perfect points! In this beginner friendly class we will use the Violet Craft Foundation Paper Piecing method and the Atomic Starburst block to learn everything you need to tackle any precision foundation paper piecing project. Purchase of the Atomic Starburst Quilt pattern or Atomic Starburst Tree Skirt pattern is required. Pre-copied templates on a selection of papers will be provided in class to explore. Bring fabric and tools and let's get this FPP party started! Sewing machines provided!
