Tara is a color fanatic - it’s exciting, it’s what draws our attention and gets our admiration, but value is what makes those colors sing! Join Tara as she shares all about the reasons value is one of the most important and essential design tools at our disposal. She will present a lot of pictures that clearly show how value plays a role in creating movement, tension, or flow in the design of a quilt, and she will leave attendees with a few exercises to take forward into their own quilt making. NOTE: All lectures will take place in the Westin Peachtree Ballroom, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the quilt show building.
