Dr. Duenas is a Fellowshipt trained urogynecologist. He received his medical degree from the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Mexico. Finished his OBGYN residency twice (Instituto Nacional de Perinatologia and Bronx Lebanon Hospital). He finished his fellowship in FPMRS in UMass where he also obtained a MPH. He obtained a MS in Clinical and Translational science from West Virginia University and his Doctoral degree in Health Administration from University of Lynchburg. He has autored more than 50 peer review manuscripts and authored one book and several other chapters in different OBGYN books. His special interest is in Voiding dysfunction, recurrent uti, surgical outcomes in pelvic floor surgery, quality improvement and patient safety & NOTES surgery
