Dr. Danielle (Dani) Westenberg is a second year fellow in Urogynecology at Mayo Clinic. Her research in fellowship has focused on the development of an accurate animal model for rectovaginal fistula and subsequent use of the model for investigating regenerative therapies. Her other research interests include patient-reported outcome measures and surgical teaching. Outside of work, Dr. Westenberg enjoys cooking, travel, and hiking with her husband and dog.
