Currently, there are no validated training models for laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy (LSCP) that include dissection of the presacral space, vaginal and presacral mesh attachment, and peritoneal closure. Our objective was to create an anatomically accurate pelvic training model in a simulation environment to practice LSCP in a consistent and reliable manner. We sought to perform validity testing and set a standard for passing performance.
