Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine incorporate conventional healthcare approaches and complementary therapies that encompass the whole person including all aspects of lifestyle that can influence health. Providers spend time bridging this knowledge gap to enhance patient care however many resources for physician/provider empowerment and wellbeing are either not commonly known or easily incorporated into practice. This Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine roundtable is meant to focus on how to comfortably incorporate common resources to create a culture that respects physician/provider empowerment and well-being.

Discuss the tools and resources in Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine to enhance physician and provider empowerment and well-being.
Briefly experience some common practices one can incorporate into practice in interactive format.
