After years of training and having our lives sorted out in 3-4 year increments, we enter the "real" world. However, little prepares us for the "business of medicine" and the realities that will dictate our ability to manage our financial independence. While this roundtable is not meant to answer all the questions, it is intended to highlight the things we should be considering and mindful about (financial planning, negotiating contractual items, billing/coding principals, etc).
