For this roundtable, we will discuss a number of difficult clinical scenarios commonly encountered by a tertiary center specializing in pelvic floor problems. These disorders may overlap and issues can include urinary symptoms, pelvic pain and pressure and sexual difficulties. The presenters of this round table together have over 40 years expertise in treating pelvic floor disorders. Dr Hall spent time in a specialty practice focusing on interstitial cystitis and pelvic pain. Dr Echols is board-certified in integrative medicine from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine in Arizona. We invite participants to bring their own difficult patients for discussion as well.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this roundtable, participants will be able to diiscuss multimodal therapy to tackle pelvic floor issues such as urinary frequency/urgency, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction.
