Gabapentin and pregabalin are foundational analgesics for neuropathic pain, and their usage has grown rapidly given scrutiny around opioid prescribing. Challenges are common, though, with titrating them to an effective dose. This presentation will review what analgesic options exist to add-on to optimize gabapentinoids - including a novel patch option.
