The Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS) treatment landscape is evolving rapidly, with surgical interventions and percutaneous implants growing in popularity recently. Some of these have been shown to be more efficacious than older treatment options, such as epidural steroid injections. In this course, we will review the indications, contraindications, patient presentations, outcome data, and potential complications on minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD®), Vertiflex®, Coflex® Interlaminar Stabilization, and MinuteMan G3® procedures.
