With unprecedented demand for services and workforce shortages, Aurora Mental Health Center, a CCBHC in Aurora, Colo., used measurement-based care (MBC) to expand access, improve time to remission and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their services. We’ll explore what compelled the need for a comprehensive MBC strategy, how MBC addresses these needs, how MBC was implemented, how measure completion rates of 90%+ were obtained and key outcomes achieved with MBC, including expanding access by up to 30% and improving time to remission by 56%.
