Learn more about the results of the cluster and regression analysis which showed a greater level of multiple agency involvement among homeless Medicaid participants and supports the need for a coordinated approach to care management. Some of the systematic challenges identified during the study include gaining access to member-level data from multiple sources, difficulties finalizing data sharing and data use agreements and methods used for data integration will be discussed. We'll share lessons learned and best practices.
