The integration of care is critical to the wellbeing of individuals engaged in treatment. This presentation will highlight workforce challenges rural communities face and opportunities for new approaches. Included will be a discussion of considerations for working with tribal communities.

Learning Objectives:

Examine state efforts to support education and training of individuals to work in the field and how to make sure more people are aware of what is available.
Identify obstacles to covering in-home therapy and potential solutions.
Analyze how tribal communities have developed a "grow your own" integration model and what can be learned from it.
Explore the impact of the CCBHC model on integrated care in rural settings
