Learn from two states that welcomed the shift to 988 in different ways. After the first few months of 988, both Arizona and Oklahoma performed among the top 10 988 centers in the country. Arizona has long been a leader in crisis response and was prepared for the shift to 988. Oklahoma revitalized their crisis response in preparation for 988. The first few months have shown record breaking call volume, in part thanks to their innovative, community-centered marketing campaign. Hear from these national leaders to create meaningful systemic change through innovation and human connection.
