The past few years have reminded us that the surrounding environment is never truly predictable. As leaders, we must be able to adapt and respond to a range of constraining conditions. This session will offer insight into a research-based set of strategies that leaders have used to successfully negotiate the inevitable challenges and hurdles within our sector. Human service CEOs will illustrate use of these strategies to navigate the inevitable twists and turns that they have faced in their quest for impact.
