Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster in 2004 and has since amassed over 18 years of experience at Coleman, working in various capacities. Starting as an Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) Case Manager, he quickly advanced to become a team lead for the program after just two years, holding the position for approximately three years. Following this, Bill pursued a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University in 2011 and transitioned into individual and group counseling for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as the First Episode Psychosis team. In 2015, Bill was appointed Director of Adult Case Management and led various specialized case management program teams, including the Medication-Assisted Treatment team and the Succeeding Through Achievement and Resilience (STAR) Court team. In 2016, he was promoted to the role of Chief Officer, where he successfully completed the National Council Manager academy and took the lead on a number of Portage County-local grant and contract activities. Furthermore, Bill acted as the project lead for the ZeroSuicide grant activities and also graduated from the ZeroSuicide academy in Columbus in 2015.
