Katherine has spent over 15 years working in the Behavioral Healthcare setting, providing both direct care and leadership in diverse programs spanning the spectrum from outreach and prevention all of the way up to residential treatment. Integrating systems and bringing programs together to provide the best possible evidence-based wraparound services are a passion for Katherine, as she has successfully participated in the redesign of multiple programs to create optimal efficiency and teamwork. She believes that when all levels of staff and programs within an organization are working together with a cohesive and co-occurring approach that organizations, staff and patients all ultimately succeed.
