Rose Bromka is the Chief Operating Officer of Boulder Care, a leading provider of telemedicine addiction care for thousands of Medicaid members across the U.S. through value-based payor arrangements. Boulder Care patients remain in care at more than 2x the industry average, leading to significant reductions in all-cause mortality and costly emergency room admissions.
Prior to joining Boulder in 2020, Rose spent 12 years in various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the CEO, at the Robin Hood Foundation: a nonprofit organization in New York focused on alleviating poverty. Rose was previously a Vice President at Barclays in New York and Managing Director at Nationswell, a growth-stage startup focused on social impact strategy.
Rose is a graduate of Dartmouth College and resides in Portland, OR.
