Joy Fruth, MSW, is the Lead Process Change Consultant with MTM Services and has been a consultant with the National Council for Behavioral Health since 2010. Trained as a social worker and with more than 27 years’ experience in clinical practice and health care administration, Ms. Fruth has developed an expertise in improving organizational efficiency. Currently, Ms. Fruth provides nationwide consultation to behavioral and health care organizations on access redesign, process measurement, collaborative documentation, and other efficiencies. Ms. Fruth has lectured nationally on a variety of topics including same day access, family violence policy and prevention, and geriatric care management. Ms. Fruth contributed two chapters to the book Operationalizing Health Reform (2013) published by National Council for Behavioral Health.
