Kelly C. Lee, Pharm.D., MAS, APh, BCPP, FCCP, Professor and Associate Dean at UCSD Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Advanced Practice Psychiatric Pharmacist and PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency Program Director at UC San Diego Health.
Dr. Lee completed her Doctor of Pharmacy, PGY1 residency and 2-year fellowship training in Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco. She also completed the Master of Advanced Studies in Clinical Research at UCSD. She is a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Lee is a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist and practices under a Collaborative Practice Agreement at UC San Diego Health. Dr. Lee has dedicated her career to serving as an advocate for patients with mental health disorders by serving as an educator, researcher and practitioner. She has served as an expert consultant to variety of hospitals, payors, pharmacy benefit management companies, and county mental health systems in the areas of collaborative practice and psychopharmacology. Dr. Lee’s scholarly interests include optimizing psychotropic medications within health systems, burnout, depression and suicide among health professionals and scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Lee is an author of over 120 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and 58 abstracts, has lectured at international and national meetings and serves on national committees. Her hobbies include tennis, golf and travel.
