Dr. Paul Thomlinson is a licensed psychologist with specialties in organizational, clinical and experimental psychology, and is the executive director of the Compass Health Research Institute. He earned his BS degree in psychology and sociology from Southwest Baptist University, his MA degree in general/experimental psychology and his PhD in industrial/organizational psychology, both of the latter from the University of Southern Mississippi. Subsequently, Dr. Thomlinson completed a post-doctoral re-specialization in clinical psychology and holds a license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Missouri. He has been on the faculties of several universities and graduate schools, including Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and Missouri State University. Additionally, he maintains certifications as a certified compliance and ethics professional (CCEP) and is certified in health care research compliance (CHRC).
