Ms. James serves as Crisis Intervention Team (C.I.T) Manager with Affiliated Santé Group, for six counties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot). With 10 plus years of experience in the behavioral health, criminal justice, and court systems, Ms. James has oversight of the CIT Teams in each jurisdiction. She coordinates and conducts important mental health, substance use, intellectual disabilities, and resource linkage trainings throughout these counties for law enforcement and community members.
