Kathleen Bambrick, LICSW, Director of Training and Staff Development at Aspire Health Alliance, Massachusetts. As a social worker with over 20 years at Aspire Health Alliance, Kathleen has been in positions of direct care through administration and management in a large multi-service behavioral health organization. In the past few years, her training department in working with Human Resources has moved past targeted recruitement challenges to strategizing the focus on retainment. Kathleen's experience spans over 30 years of providing mental health treatment to adults and children. Specialities include group work and treatment of substance use disorders with a focus on Motivational Interviewing. In the last 15 years, she has provided and directed training in clinical topics, CBHC training, community mental health awareness and MHFA as well as EHR and management training. In tandum with the human resources department, together they have implemented a tiered leadership training program for managers, directors and senior leaders in the areas of self-awareness, communication, delagation, and time managementt. Kathleen is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts/ Boston.
