Siobhan O’Boyle is the Chief Compliance and Operations Officer for COPE Community Services. In this role, Siobhan oversees Clinical Operations, Quality, Compliance and Risk. Siobhan is passionate about
accessibility and health equity by developing systems that focus on the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver care.
Siobhan started working at COPE in 1993. She landed in Community Behavioral Health by chance while she waited to accept a teacher position with the new school year. Almost 30 years later… she has held several positions throughout the organization both clinically and administratively, including Quality Management Director and Corporate Compliance Officer. Siobhan has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the State University of New York; Cortland College and a Master’s in Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. Siobhan is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality and a Certified Professional Coder. Siobhan is also a CARF administrative and program surveyor for Behavioral Health and Opioid Treatment Programs. Siobhan’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family; her two boys are her greatest joy, even as teenagers. She loves to be outdoors: running and swimming.
